Regarding contract terms for customers, it is important to know that contract lengths can vary from month-to-month and then 1-3 yearly contracts or terms which can be paid either monthly, yearly or once-off. If a customer cancels their subscription, they will be expected to lose access to the platform/solution and support. They will also not automatically get refunded and if a refund of some sort is applicable on your side, this will have to be logged with the Microsoft Billing team.
