In this Market Enablement step, we will help you create a listing/offer in your Partner Center account.
The first thing you will do is navigate to the Marketplace Offers workspace.
After selecting the Marketplace Offers workspace, by default you will be in the overview tab. You will then see the “+ New offer” which you will click and select Software as a Service.
You will then proceed with the Offer ID and Offer Alias (not to get confused as this name won’t be used in the marketplace listing and is solely for reference within Partner Center) and select Create.
You will then be on the Offer Set Up page where you can select the Setup details as well as configure the Customer Leads and provide connection details to the CRM system where you would like us to send customer leads. You can also configure the Microsoft 365 integration if it is applicable to your offer.
NOTE: Please remember to select Save Draft on each page once you make any changes to not lose any progress.
You will then proceed to the Properties tab and you will choose the Categories for your offer.
NOTE: Please remember that the categories you select will determine the storefront(Azure marketplace or AppSource) where your offer will be published.
You will also indicate your App version as well as provide the Legal documentation for your offer. You have the ability to use the Microsoft Standard Contract and add amendments or provide your own documentation.
You will then go to the Offer listing page where you will provide the offer name, description, any getting started instructions and the privacy policy link. You can also provide any product information links and all your contact information. You will also upload your logos, screenshots and any videos you might have while keeping in mind Microsoft’s specifications.
You will then go to the Preview audience page where you can add all the users you would like to test the preview application.
You will then navigate to the Technical configuration page which the Stactize team will assist you with.
You will also be able to configure all your pricing plans in the Plan overview page.
You can then complete the Resell through CSPs page where you can choose to expand the reach of your offer by making it available to partners in the Cloud Solution Providers (CSP) program.
You will then proceed to the Supplemental content and provide some information to help the Microsoft team validate your offer.
Once you have completed all of this, you can select Review and publish and you will be able to monitor the progress on the Offer overview page.
